Refer a Friend and Get 12.5% Of your next order

How does it work?   Simple, if you have already purchased from us and you then refer a friend to us who then becomes a customer themselves; then we will send you a one-off coupon code that you can use off your next order and save you 10%.  Your friend can also get 10% off their 1st order too if they subscribe on our website and use their welcome coupon code on their initial order. 

What do I need to do?  Tell your friends and family about our great products, delivery and customer service. If they go ahead and order online from us then they must put "Referred by ....{your full name}"  in the comments section in the checkout page. We can then verify that you are a previous customer and that they are a new customer and will then process your coupon which will be sent by email to the email address that you have on our system. You are also advised to let us know in advance who you have referred so we can cross match when they place their order. 

If your friend is not online and prefers to use a phone to speak to us about their 1st order, then that is absolutely ok too.

There is no limit to how many coupons you can accrue, the more friends that you refer to us, the more you earn. What you do with your coupon is up to you, you can use it on any of our products or maybe gift your coupon to a new friend, if they then also  go on to be a new customer then you will receive a further coupon. 

Sounds good right?  - That's because it is, we want to reward those that help us reach out to even more people on the island.

Small Print - You must already be a an existing customer on  our database in order to take part in this scheme. Our definition of a new customer is someone with a different name and a different address to any on our customer database. So, you cannot refer anyone else in your household or someone with the same name at a different address. We only want genuine new customers. Only one coupon can be used on any one purchase. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time and also to reject coupon activation if our new customer validation rules are not satisfied. The coupon is valid for up to 1 calendar month after you have received it.
